1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the winbet platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided under the winbet brand. This Agreement takes effect from the date of your account registration or the first date you access the platform, whichever is earlier.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are not permitted to use the Winbet platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Winbet reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term in this Agreement
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe
• Request for self-closure or self-exclusion
• Activity suspected of fraud or money laundering
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

If your account is closed at your own request, any valid balance (after adjustments for bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via the relevant payment method. If closure is due to a terms violation, Winbet reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the violating activity.

10 Winbet's Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, winbet shall not be liable for:
